Tang Taizong was the first emperor of Tang Dynasty, but the most famous person in Tang Dynasty was his wife who was called Wu Zhao. This was not only because  she was the first and also the last Woman emperor in Chinese history, but also she did a lot of  great achievement. 

 

 

 

She made exam system for all Chinese man, no matter the background. She did that for more education and she expected to selected more talents could work for Tang Dynasty.  Only the men who connected the political officer could not take a test, because she did't expect someone who was a political officer to help their sons or other relationships to pass the test instead of studied hard to passes the test by themselves. 

 

 

Tang Dynasty was one of the strongest Dynasty/Empire of the world, but it still fell finally. The reasons of fall was hight taxes and invaders. At that time period, Tang Dynasty had to faced a lots of wars. So, they needed more taxes from people to bulid a large army. At last, people rebelled because the hight taxes. At the same time, the invaders defeated Tang Dynasty at the Battle of Talas, They took Silk Road which was the trade road of China. Finally, Tang Dynasty lost the control of empire.
